Founder and Head of Sales
Hako has fifteen years experience in investment banking and eleven years in the alternative investment fund industry. He leads the sales efforts at Hyde Park Investment. In 1988 Hako started his career with Deutsche Bank, for whom he worked in Frankfurt, Singapore and New York. Prior to founding Hyde Park Investment, Hako was an Executive Director at UBS in London (coming from SG Warburg) with managerial responsibility for the distribution of Pan – European Equities to German institutional investors. Hako received a Masters in Business Management from Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich in 1987 and is fluent in English, German and French. Alexandra von Kalnein
Director, European Sales
Alexandra von Kalnein has been working in the asset management industry for over twenty years covering institutional clients in Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland. She has worked for Dresdner Bank Paris, JP Morgan IM, Deutsche AM, AXA IM and MM Warburg & CO. She has extensive experience in the marketing and sales of equities, fixed income, alternatives and real estate funds. During her assignment at AXA IM, Alexandra acquired management expertise as one of the Managing Directors of the German institutional sales team. Alexandra studied languages and business at the University of Munich (is fluent in German, English and French) and completed an Executive MBA program at the Florida International University. Director, Italian Sales
Fabrizio has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry and has split his career almost equally between London and Milan. His career began in 1994 as a debt capital markets investment banking officer. In 1997 he joined SBC Warburg and subsequently progressed within UBS taking on a number of assignments, the most recent being oversight of coverage of cross divisional strategic clients across EMEA.
He joined Hyde Park Investment in 2015 as Director to cover the Italian market. Fabrizio is fluent in Italian, English and French and holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Universita Bocconi in Milan. Approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Jonathan Reid CFA ASIP
Jonathan has over twenty-five years experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in the global equity markets and investment management. Originally an engineer working on semiconductor design, he became a portfolio manager specialising on global technology and US equities before moving to equity broking with Cowen & Co. More recently he worked with UBS, Newedge and CLSA where he set up the European and Asian distribution of their US equity research product. He holds an honours degree in Electronic & Microprocessor Engineering and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals. Approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. He joined Hyde Park in 2017 as a Director to cover the UK and EMEA markets.

Research, UK Sales, Compliance Officer and MLRO
Guy has been with Hyde Park Investment since its inception in 2004; his clients are predominantly made up of family offices and specialist asset managers in the UK. Guy spearheads Hyde Park’s research efforts into sourcing product appropriate for the requirements of our institutional investors. He also serves as Compliance officer and MLRO for the group. He was previously involved in hedge fund research and analysis at the global fund of hedge funds Financial Risk Management in London. Guy graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Masters in Ancient History. Approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Ferdinand Hooft Graafland
Ferdinand started his career at JPMorgan in Amsterdam before he moved to London where he was active in capital markets with JPMorgan, Paribas and Dresdner Kleinwort, specialising in the distribution of fixed income products to institutional investors predominantly in The Netherlands. In 2006 he co-founded the Fund Placement Group at Dresdner Kleinwort where he gained experience in the distribution of Alternative Investments to institutional investors in Europe before setting up his own capital raising firm, FHG Advisory, in 2009. Ferdinand holds a Law Degree from Utrecht University in The Netherlands. Approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Alan has over twenty years experience in a variety of finance roles in the aerospace and defence industries gained with Westland Technologies (Normalair-Garrett), GKN, AlliedSignal and Honeywell. Prior to moving to industry he spent his early career in the retail branch banking network of Midland Bank in central London. Alan was elected an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in 1982. Approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Darren joined Hyde Park Investment in January 2012. He has over thirteen years experience in Banking with various banks in Malta. His last role was in Analytics with HSBC Bank Malta. He is currently studying ACCA and also sitting for the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He is fluent in English and Maltese.

Vanessa joined Hyde Park Investment in January 2015. She has accomplished a BA in Economics at the University of Giessen as well as a MSc in Finance degree at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Vanessa is based in Frankfurt and fluent in German and English.

Hyde Park Investment Ltd has a strategic distribution partnership with Archipelago Partners in the Nordic region and with Archipelago Investments Funds for Europe.
Anders Palmqvist is the Founder and Managing Partner of Archipelago Partners AB and Nordic Archipelago Investments AB (authorized and regulated by the Swedish FSA). Prior to founding Archipelago in 2014 Anders was CEO UBS Group Nordic Region. Anders spent 21 years at UBS after joining predecessor firm O’Connor & Associates / Arbitech in 1993. From 2003 to 2014 Anders was CEO and Country Head Nordic Region and spearheaded UBS Group’s strategy in the region across the Investment Bank and the Investment Management divisions UBS Wealth Management and UBS Global Asset Management. Between 1993 and 2003 Anders held various functions in Stockholm and London within the Equities division. Anders holds an M.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Financial Economics (1993) and participated in The Wharton School, MBA Graduate International Exchange Program (1992).
Teddy Belin has 25 years of experience within the asset management industry in roles including Head of Business Development, Managing Director and Portfolio Management.
Teddy spent several years as Nordic Consultant for London based Dexion Capital, a Specialist Consultant in the Hedge Fund sector advising a wide range of institutional clients on the selection of Hedge Fund products. Prior to Dexion Capital, Teddy’s work experience include Managing Director for Europe’s first online fund supermarket Fondex and Portfolio Manager at Trygg Hansa (Stockholm). Teddy began his career in London as Marketing Manager at Foreign & Colonial and later moved on as Head of Business Development Nordic Region for Invesco. During the last 10 years, Teddy has focused on Alternative Investments and Capital Raising/Consulting, serving UK and Nordic based firms.
Teddy holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University with a major in Finance (1991).
Anders has 15 years’ experience from the financial services industry. Between 2009-2015 he was the CEO and branch manager for Credit Suisse’s Stockholm office with responsibility for some of the largest institutional investors in the Nordic region. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he worked within Equities at UBS both in Stockholm and London between 2000-2009. In 2016 Anders invested in and became CEO of a manufacturer of earphones which he exited in late 2017.
Anders holds a M.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics with a major in Finance. Anders has also studied business administration and finance at San Francisco State University and at Aix-en-Provence III.
