Hyde Park Investment has Signed the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)

Hyde Park Investment is proud to announce that we have signed the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI is a leading international group of asset managers and service providers that work together to incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues into investment practise.

Factors that affect a fund’s performance often include ESG issues, and Hyde Park Investment believes that investment funds using this investment approach will help create a more sustainable economy.

Hyde Park Investment founder Hako Finckenstein said, “We proudly adhere to the Principles for Responsible Investment, which we consider a positive and essential step forward in our ESG efforts.” Hyde Park Investment has raised over $1bn across several ESG funds over the last 12 months.

“We are delighted to welcome Hyde Park Investment as a PRI signatory”, said Fiona Reynolds, Managing Director of the PRI. “Their commitment demonstrates the growing awareness and importance of ESG to the investment decision-making process”.

Since 2006, more than 3,100 signatories have signed up to the PRI, from over 50 countries representing over $100 trillion in assets under management.
