The Company integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into its investment advisory and distribution process. In this respect, the Company offers a number of Article 8 and 9 financial products that prioritize sustainability and which take into consideration the Principal Adverse Impacts (PAIs) of sustainability on investment decisions. The Company’s Article 8/9 financial products meet high sustainability standards aimed at addressing environmental and social challenges and the Company ensures that it obtains regular information on the sustainability characteristics thereof. The Company engages with such financial products which promote ESG best practices and advocate for positive change, while enhancing the long-term value of the products which the Company advises on, thus prioritizing transparency and informed decision-making.
